Brooklands Motorcycles - A Centenary Celebration
The 20th April 2008 saw the Centenary of the very first motorcycle race on the Brooklands Motor Course. Over 200 bikes attended this one-off event, many of which are featured in this accompanying, video. Names such as NLG (winner of that first race), Grindlay-Peerless, AJS, Ariel, Brough, Norton, Triumph and Velocette bring the nostalgia flooding back.
